Mutton is a very beneficial component in an overall healthy diet. Mutton contains 28 grams of protein and it is important to maintain muscle mass and building a strong immune system and also contain 9 gram if fat, minerals, vitamins. The flavour in this dish is AH-MAZING and I am sure you will crave for more.
Stuff capsicum with mutton mince and green peas
½ cup of Boiled mutton mince
1/3 cup green peas
7-8 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Garlic ginger paste
Dry red chili
½ Red chili sauce
Salt to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil
In a non-stick pan add 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, ½ tablespoon add ginger garlic paste and fry it well and then add one portion chopped dried chili and garlic paste mix it well till it oil is separated and then add boiled mutton mince and green peas, add salt to taste allow it to cook for few minutes on the low flame.
In a pan add water and 5-6 dry red chili and bring it to boil for 5 minutes. remove the chilies and allow it to cool. once it is cool down place the chilies on the chopping board, add 7-8 garlic Cloves, and chop it in a fine paste. Divide it into 2 portions.
Take capsicum gently cut the top of the capsicum, and remove the seeds from inside. Now fill the above-cooked mutton mince and green peas and cover it with its top leave for 5 minutes.
In a non-stick frying pan add 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil and heat it on a medium flame. After heating the oil add garlic ginger, another portion of chopped red chili, and garlic paste mix it well, add 1 chopped tomato, and cook it on the low flame cover the pan and allow it to simmer until the oil is separated from the tomato. After the oil is separated from the tomato add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, ½ tablespoon red chili sauce salt to taste. Mix it well. Place the stuffed capsicum in the middle of the sauce in the pan, cover the pan, and allow it to cook on the low flame until it is cooked.
Remove the sauce and stuff mutton mince in a severing plate and decorate it with any vegetable or salad of your choice.
