One can pick easily fresh prawns. it is easy in cooking but on a low flame. I especially love steamed prawns, sometimes cooked in tomatoes onion in north Indian style.


1 bowl of prawns

1 ½ tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste

Ginger garlic powder

½ tablespoon red pepper flakes

Lemon juice

1 spring onion chopped

3-4 garlic cloves, fine chopped

Mix herb for seasoning

Water as needed


In a nonstick pan heat 1 ½ tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, add onion and prawns and cook it till 1 minute.  Season prawns with salt and stirs it until it turns pink. Add Ginger garlic powder, ½ tablespoon red pepper flakes, Lemon juice, 1 spring onion chopped stir, and cook well. Add 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped stir, and add water as needed to allow it to cook.  Sprinkle Mix herb for seasoning and serve it in plate hot.
