Everyone has its own style of making chicken chilli and I do have my own It is most of the popular dish. Chilli chicken has flavors and tastes delicious. It tastes mild sour, hot, and sweet and it is best severed hot you can sever it with veg fried rice or you can add it to the starter. I avoid putting Ajinomoto salt because of my kids but you can add to get restaurant taste. You can easily eat this dish and if you want you can add chilies according to your own taste.
You can also make veg chilli or paneer chili. You can add mushroom, paneer and other vegetables of your choice.
250 grams of boneless chicken
1 ½ tsp soya sauces
1 ½ tsp chilli sauce.
¼ tsp of black pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp sugar
½ paprika powder
2 tsp of red chilli sauce
2 tsp of ketchup
1 ½ tsp oil
In a bowl take 250 grams of boneless chicken,1 ½ tsp soya sauces, 1 ½ tsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp of black pepper powdered, paprika powdered, and mix it well. On a nonstick frying pan add 1 tsp butter heat it on low flame and add the chicken pieces for grilling it is cooked, but see to it you don’t burn the chicken
Sprinkle Corn flour, Plain flour, Salt to taste in chicken. To get crunchy taste has you get in restaurant only if you want I don’t but because of my kids and I like to keep it a bit healthy).
Prepare sauce for seasoning in a bowl. In a bowl add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, ½ paprika powder, 2 tsp of red chilli sauce, 2 tsp of ketchup, 1 tsp of water and mix it well you can add more of red chili sauce it needed according to your taste.
In a non-stick pan heat 1 ½ oil on a high flame and add Garlic fry it for a minute. Add, Onion, Green chilli, Spring onion, capsicum fry it until it became slightly tender. Add the sauce mix it well allow to cook for few seconds. Add chicken and toss fry it for one second till looks dry or semidry you want. Serve it hot.
