Friends today I am going to share a very simple recipe of a BARBEQUE PANEER   with salad. With salad because I want to make this recipe a bowl full of nutrition’s and for weight loss. Paneer is full of Energy, protein’s, carbohydrates and fats. I love to eat this dish with salad to intake a balanced diet.

BARBEQUE PANEER

INGREDIENT:

Tomatoes

Onion

Paneer

Mix herbs

One tablespoon of mustard oil for unique flavor

Salt to taste

Ginger garlic paste

½ tablespoon of juice

For salad any vegetable for your choice.

METHOD:

Cut in rough cube size tomatoes, onion, paneer. In the bowl take all the ingredients for marination and keep it aside for 10 to 20 minutes. Take a grill pan but if don’t have you can also make a simple pan will also work. Line all the paneer pieces with onion, tomatoes in a skewer, and then place on the pan.

Cook well from all the side until is golden brown in color. You can also sever the panner barbeque with chutney, sauce. You can also sprinkle chat masala on top and fresh chopped coriander leaf. For the salad, you can add any salad of your choice. Usually make a salad of boiled beetroots, carrot, cucumber, yellow-red peppers, green capsicum boiled corn,  boiled beans, red cabbage, salt
